You might have seen us getting a couple of awards for our customer service recently (no big deal), and we’re not only getting recognised by the industry. We’ve also just hit 1,000 ‘excellent’ reviews on Trustpilot and we wanted to tell the world! Or at least the readers of this blog. Now I know what you might be thinking; what’s Trustpilot?
Trustpilot is an independent customer review website. Customers can review and rate the service they’ve received from us from 1 to 5 stars via Trustpilot (5 being an ‘excellent’ rating). Trustpilot then displays the results against the rest of the industry to see where our service stacks up against the competition. You can check out the leader board here.

We believe that it’s vitally important to hear what our customers are saying and improve what we do by listening to you. By rating and reviewing us, you help us to grow and improve every single day.
