You should have already received a letter from us informing you that we're your energy supplier. In order to get you all setup with us we'll need some information from you.
Once we've got all this information we'll create an online account for you so you can manage your energy online.
Unfortunately we can't get you fully setup via email for security purposes so you'll need to call in. Our number is 0330 111 5050, we're open from 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday.
If you've just moved in, you'll be on our So Out of Contract tariff which may not be the cheapest tariff for you. When you call in one of our team will be able to give you a quote for the latest fixed tariff we have on offer.
If you've just moved in to a property supplied by us but you've decided that you'd prefer to receive your energy from a different supplier that's absolutely fine, but we will still need to hear from you.
As we will continue to supply your energy until the switch to a new energy supplier is completed we will require your full contact details, move in date and opening reads (if you have them) this is so we can produce an accurate final bill for you as and when you leave. We will also require that all outstanding energy bills due are settled before the switch can be completed.
If there is an outstanding debt or we don't have enough details on your account there may be a delay in your switch away from us.
