Get in touch by either messaging us from within your account section, emailing us from the email address we have on your account or calling, see our Contact Us page for more information, along with the new payment date you would like it to be moved to. Please note that we do take payment in advance and any date you move to must be ahead of your current date.
You can change your Direct Debit details securely through your online account.
It takes around 5 working days for the new details to be set up, and a further 5 working days to request a payment. We will only request a payment from one set of details, never both. To avoid missed payment fees we advise you don't cancel the old Direct Debit agreement until your next payment has cleared, which may be taken from your last Direct Debit agreement depending on timing.
