It only takes a few minutes to get a quote and initiate the switch over to us. After you've completed the online registration form, we'll take it from there. The only other thing we'll need from you is an opening read, which we will ask for 5 days before you're due to come on supply (we'll send an email reminder for this). The whole process from start to finish should take 21 days.
We’ll keep you updated on what’s happening throughout the process, you can also login to your online account anytime to track how your switch is getting on.
Have you just moved in?
If you've just moved in to a new property and are considering switching energy supplier but haven't spoken to your current energy supplier yet, we'd recommend getting in touch with them. If there is an outstanding debt or they don't have enough details on your account, they may delay to your switch over to us. If you're not sure who your current supplier is, get in touch and we'll be able to help.
You're completely free to change your mind and cancel your switch without incurring any exit fees at any time up to 14 days after the day you signed up, so please check all the information carefully.
