The Discount Checker is a tool you can use to see the prices before and after the Energy Price Guarantee discount has been applied following the price change on 1 April. You’ll receive your exact unit rates and standing charges within the next few days via email, but if you’d like to check sooner, we’ve put together a table to help you. Please remember that the Government’s Energy Bills Support Scheme ends on 31 March 2023, so you will no longer receive this discount each month.

Don’t worry – there’s nothing you need to do to benefit from the Energy Price Guarantee discount, we’ll apply it to your bills automatically.

The Discount Checker only shows unit rates for So Flex, our standard variable tariff. Some customers on fixed rate tariffs will also benefit from the Energy Price Guarantee discount, and the standing charges and unit rates for fixed rate tariffs will appear here soon. Please note that standing charges are not discounted.

All rates in the table below are inclusive of VAT, whereas the rates that appear on your bills are displayed without VAT.
