Simple, easy to use and no faff. Previous providers have changed my DD on an ever increasing frequency but no SO Energy. Same DD for 12 months and it all worked out fine.
Got my renewal today and checked around first but they were the cheapest so no hesitation in renewing for another year.
Can't speak of their customer services, never had to use it!
Forget the " Big 6 " ,I have been with So Energy for almost 12 months and have just renewed for another year . Good simple tariffs , good prices and excellent friendly communications . I have had different energy companies over the last 46 years and find So Energy to be the best so far and would recommend them to anyone. Give the smaller companies a chance.
For 15 years I was with one of the major electricity / gas providers. I assumed that as a reward for my customer loyalty that I was being charged a fair price. I was not. I was being fleeced. I came across So Energy and found them to be about 30% cheaper. Moving over to them was a doddle and their pricing structure is simple and transparent. There website is simple, and easy to navigate and their communications are the same. I strongly recommend them.
I never seem to wait long to talk to someone here. It's a regular occurrence to talk to the same person or have an email signed off from a familiar name. Any time I've had a problem they've always been open and flexible, I don't feel forced to accept terms offered to me and can change it to suit me. Great company!
I've had a very straight forward year with So Energy. No problems, no issues - which from experience is when you get to really find out about your energy provider. All their communications have been clear and easy to understand, including renewal info at the end of my annual tariff. They were the cheapest deal for me a year ago and seem to be about the best now (within a few pounds), so I've just renewed. Here's to another quiet year with So Energy :-)
So Energy is comfortably the best energy company I've used in my many years of hopping from home to home. The website makes it easy to manage your account and the staff I've spoken over the phone and via email have always been very useful and friendly - plus they saved me a decent chunk of money. Would definitely recommend switching to this company!
I am so pleased to have switched to this company. It was a very easy process and their customer service is excellent. The online accounts pages are very informative and keep you updated with the switch process.
