So Energy customer Service. I joined So Energy on the 13th of July 2023 and the customer service has been really helpful! A breath of fresh air! All my questions answered fully and offers of help were also forthcoming. A great start, we’ll done!

I rang to discuss my monthly payments which seemed a bit high as I had built up a balance of 3 months payment. The member of staff instantly recognised this and offered a repayment and did it instantly. Very polite and helpful. This is a great company to deal with. I have never had anything less than five star treatment over the last 6 years.

Great customer service and good prices. I have only had to call customer services once in 4 years to discus my account as the web site is so easy to use, I have used it for all previous communication. When I called customer services, my call was answered by a human within minutes, who spoke perfect and clear English. I have checked on comparison sites for a better deal but intend to stay with So due to their service and prices.

Had a problem with my online account and they resolved it immediately. Didn’t have to wait long to get through to agent and agent very considerate. Line went dead but agent called me back to ensure problem was resolved before concluding call.
