Since the end of 2017, Citizens Advice has ranked energy suppliers every quarter based on their standards of customer service. It’s with an enormous sense of pride that we can announce that we have topped those rankings for the last quarter, marking the sixth time at the top for So Energy in the 11 quarters since rankings began.
Citizens Advice compares 40 suppliers on their call waiting times, customer reviews, volume of complaints and their adherence to customer guarantees, so we're thrilled to have topped the chart on more occasions than any other supplier so far.
With the podium being rounded out by other growing energy suppliers, this has been another great quarter for companies outside the 'Big Six', and yet another indicator of the changing landscape within the energy market.
