Current events in the Middle East have caused wholesale energy market prices to rise sharply in the last few days.
We're reviewing the impact of this to make sure our products stay fair and responsibly priced.
As a result, we’re temporarily removing the So EV tariff from sale, while we assess the situation.
Existing So EV tariff customers aren’t affected.
Follow the on-screen instructions and select the So Flex tariff.
Wait for your online account to be set up (this usually takes 7 days). You’ll be notified by email when your account is ready to access.
Once your account is set up, log in. Click on the banner prompting you to renew your tariff and switch to So EV.
I own a car that is classified by the DVLA as electric or plug-in hybrid, and it’s registered in the UK.
I have a working SMETS1 (first generation) or SMETS2 (second generation) electric smart meter that sends half-hourly reads.
I understand that I must join the So Flex tariff and switch to So EV on or after my electric meter supply start date. To do this, I’m happy to log into my online account and follow the prompted instructions.
